Ingredients 1 cup semolina (rava) green, red, and yellow paper 1 cup curds (dahi) 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp chopped green chillies salt to taste oil for cooking For The Serving coconut chutney and sambhar Method Heat the pan and dry roast the semolina for 2 minutes, stirring continously. Combine the roasted semolina, and curd, mix well. If required add the water and make a thick consistency batter. Allow to ferment for half an hour. Add the salt and mix gently. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, pour 1 big spoon of batter and spread it in circular motion. Top it with little onions, tomatoes and green chillies. Cook from one side, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot with coconut chutney. and sambhar SAMBAR RECIPE...
